Who is Luvy Sol?

Luvy Sol offers private and group sessions in: somatic movement meditation, reiki energy healing, pole dance, mind body coaching, and somatic silks. She teaches in-person in Central New York, and online.

Sparkles of Sol: Reiki, Yoga, and Pole offers classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the joy and benefits of movement. At the moment I teach primarily private lessons online and in-person in Central New York.
